Our mission is to provide exceptional beverage service that connects our guests to their natural surroundings. Our focus is on offering chef-driven mixology that promotes wellness through the use of locally foraged flavors in farm to table specialty beverages. We are a female-run business with a passion for the outdoors serving Lake Tahoe, Reno and surrounding areas.
Farm to table fresh ingredients
The best drinks are made with the freshest ingredients. Garden to Glass uses seasonal and locally grown produce to create fantastic beverages. We source from New Moon Natural Foods, Tahoe Food Hub, and small farms throughout Northern Nevada and Northern California.
In addition to local produce, we also use plants found growing wild in the Sierra Nevada wilderness to bring an exciting twist to our beverage service. We sustainably source safe to eat berries, plants and trees. Taste the true flavors of Lake Tahoe in our foraged seasonal signature cocktails.
Our goal is to promote sustainability through the use of locally foraged specialty flavors, repurposed ingredients, and minimal packaging. We use compostable drinkware, napkins, and straws. Plus we compost materials left over from beverage service.

I love spending time in nature. After taking an edible and medicinal wild plant class I became obsessed with infusing the flavors of the outdoors into artisanal beverages.
I have over 15 years in the beverage, catering and restaurant industry, with 3 years bartending at Truckee’s esteemed Truckee Tavern. My style of mixology is health and wellness conscious as I aspire to make the best tasting beverages that are made with exceptional ingredients.
